I was really skinny since I was a girl, but nothing to do with knowing how to eat healthy. I did a lot of exercise but even so I was zero satisfied with myself, and was very hard to criticize me. I felt I would never be enough.
If I ate something “not healthy” I felt that need of burning it somehow, with exercise, with aesthetic treatments or avoiding eating, to then fall back into binge eating.
It was until I decided to have a surgery that have changed my entire life, was a very popular surgery with breast implants, and for me wasn’t that simple at all. I had Breast Implant Illness, and after 2 years of suffering so many symptoms like: Anxiety, acne, panic attacks, gain weight, loosing hair, brain fog, chronic fatigue, so many stomach and colon symptoms, and so much more…I finally discovered that the implant were the cause of all that.
But it wasn’t until I got certified as a Integrative Nutrition Health coach, that I realize that the implants were only the vehicle of the real cause, that was ME.
My mind and my relationship with myself, my body, and my beliefs. All those patterns that I had so many years normalizing, I heal myself step by step, it’s been a long road… But “I keep swimming”…Yes as Dory in finding Nemo.
I know that it doesn’t end here, nor in a “dream body”, goes much further…I can only tell you that your path is also infinite, but that it is worth discovering you a thousand times.

¿Sabías que la comida es más de lo que hay en tu plato?
La mayoría de la gente piensa que ser saludable es solo comer ensaladas verdes, jugo de celery/apio y frutas..Y está bien si tú también lo crees, pero hasta hoy, ¿vale?
Hay algo que llamamos alimentos primarios, estos no son realmente alimentos, pero también nos alimentan de alguna manera y son capaces de sanar nuestro cuerpo cuando tenemos un equilibrio.
Algunos de ellos son tus relaciones, tu creatividad, tu trabajo, tu espiritualidad, finanzas, la actividad física y demás… esto es lo que llamamos: El Círculo de la Vida.
Y por supuesto que tiene mucho sentido, porque podrías estar comiendo ensalada, pollo y todas las verduras y frutas del mundo, pero si te despertaras todos los días sintiéndote mal porque necesitas ir a un trabajo que odias, o siendo triste porque te sientes solo, o quizás no tienes el mejor ambiente en casa, todos esos factores afectarán tu salud, tu estado de ánimo, tu digestión y tu microbiota intestinal donde tenemos el 80% de nuestro sistema inmunológico.
Así que todo esto puede afectarte no solo emocionalmente sino también físicamente.
Pero sepa que podría estar preguntándose, «¿cómo cambio esto?» hay tantos factores y muchos de ellos puede que no dependan de ti directamente. Por eso es importante a veces pedir ayuda para organizar las metas que quieres alcanzar, como te quieres sentir, y HACER UNA ESTRATEGIA!!!

Did you know that food is more than what’s on your plate?
Most people think that being healthy is only eating greens salads, celery juice and fruits, and it’s ok if you believe it too, but until today ok?
There is something that we call Primary foods, this are not really food, but they also feed us somehow and are able to heal our bodies when we have a balance.
Some of them are your relationships, your creativity, your work, your spirituality, finances, physical activity and so on…this is what we call: The life’s circle.
And of course that have a lot of sense, because you could be eating salad, chicken and all the greens and fruits in the world, but if you woke up everyday feeling bad because you need to go to a work that you hate, or being sad because you feel alone, or maybe you don’t have the best environment at home, all those factors will affect your health, your mood, your digestion, and your gut microbiota where we have 80% of our immune system.
So all this can affect you not only emotionally but also physically.
But know you could be wondering, “how do I change this?” there are so many factors and many of them could not depend on you directly. That’s why is important sometimes ask for help to organize the goals that you want to reach, how do you want to feel, and MAKE AN STRATEGY!!!
