Being Healthy is more than eating greens.
Being healthy is more than meditate every morning.
Being healthy is more than do exercise.
Being healthy could be different for me and you.
Being healthy could be also:
Quit that job that you don’t like anymore.
Take care of your finances. Meet new friends.
Change your country.
Try a new hobby.
Practice a new exercise.
Eat that food that for years you restricted yourself, and ENJOY IT without blame.
The only thing that could be the same for all of us, is that being healthy is a journey not a destination. So learn how to enjoy your trip.
