I have more than two years using essential oils, I think it’s enough time to know a lot about oils and their benefits and properties, isn’t it? And also to know what are my favorites and most versatile oils.
So the best oils to me with more than 101 uses are LAVENDER, PEPPERMINT AND LEMON.
I’m very serious when I say that with this 3 oils you have many uses, I’m going to talk you, about some of them.
Lavender: Helps to improve your sleep, helps you to feel calm and relax, also has a lot of benefits for the skin, helps with acne scars and has an antiseptic effect, helps to calm the skin after sun exposure, or if you burn your skin while cooking for example, and also with skin rash or allergies.
Lemon: Has a lot of cleansing properties, for the environment if you put some drops in your diffuser, also to clean your house, your vegetable and fruits naturally, to give a delicious taste to your water.
Peppermint: The best oil for breathe better and also for fever, headaches, and to lower the temperature when it’s hot.
The combination of the tree also helps with respiratory allergies, specially with the changes of the seasons, in spring that many people has allergies with the pollen.

Con todos estos cambios de estación, el clima, los días ajetreados…
